* Reworked the numbers, angles and some mechanics on the Bristleback ability.

* Nerfed the AOE and damage on Quill Spray.
* Fixed a fatal error when using Fissure on map edges.
* Nether Ward now gives a gold when killed.
* Fixed a bug with Dispersion that caused it to reflect too much damage off Culling Blade.
* Fixed a bug with IcePath that would cause it to sometimes go shorter or longer.
* CK's Blink Strike now works like the one PA and SA have.

As Tjader said "The Budget for WCG Philippines for WCG 2006 ASIAN Championship is limited to Starcraft, Warcraft, Need for Speed and FIFA plus DOA4 for the xbox"
and WCG PH will need to gather sponsorhip for the Philippine DOTA Team.
Mr. Tjader will decide in 2 weeks time if we will have a DOTA Team to represent our country.

"Get your shopping carts ready as the much-awaited Taney and Item Mall features will finally be implemented on June 7, 2006 (9am, Philippine time). Read below to get the lowdown on Tantra's newest game updates:
THE TANEY SYSTEM
Kathana III introduces the Taney (or “Tantra Money”) system, which can be used to purchase either game time or premium items at the Tantra Item Mall. For each top-up, Taney credits will be loaded in the user’s e-wallet. Top-up load and Taney credits are fixed on a 1:1 ratio. Thus:Php 350 = 350 TANEY, Php 100 = 100 TANEY, Php 50 = 50 TANEY Php 30 = 30 TANEY and coming soon, Php 10 = 10 TANEY
Game time will now be determined by the amount of Taney possessed. With this new method, gamers can benefit from cheaper gametime rates while they can use their Taney credits for shopping at the Tantra Item Mall!

Reminders:

4. If the user opts not to allocate his/her cybercash to game time or taney, it will remain in their e- wallet as a fund for buying items inside the game.
THE PREMIUM ITEM MALL
With the introduction of the Taney system, gamers can now purchase items in-game. To view all the available items for sale, just click on the Item Mall menu at the Tantra homepage. Indeed, shopping for items is now made easier and more convenient with the Tantra Premium Item Mall. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Log on to the game.
2. On the toolbar (found at the the bottom right of the screen), click on the icon called "Purchase Premium Item".
3. A menu containing the all the available items for sale will then appear.
4. Choose the item/s you wish to purchase by clicking on its icon. Input the number of pieces to be purchased. Items will then appear at the inventory.
5. Remaining Taney credits are automatically displayed for each transaction. Just click on the "Purchase Premium Item" icon and the balance will be displayed on top of the dialog box."
